Mission Statement

"Be it done unto me according
to thy word."

The Latin word "fiat" translates to "let it be done", which recalls to Christians the world over, the Lord’s Prayer, as well as the memorable response of the Blessed Virgin to the angel Gabriel on the momentous occasion of the Annunciation; simple, yet sublime words, spoken by Mary with total trust and surrender to the Divine Will of God.

Inspired by Mary's example, the FIAT group strives to assist its members in deepening their own faith experience and growing in personal sanctification through a healthy devotion to Our Lady and, in particular, by imitating her fiat to God in the daily circumstances of life – good and bad – and regardless of individual vocations.

Ultimately, FIAT’s aim is to have its members ignite the fire of Faith and Love within each person's heart (hence our logo) so as to blossom into dedicated apostles of this present time; inspired individuals, who, by bringing their Faith Into Action Today, witness the Gospel message and mystical presence of Jesus Christ to others in their respective homes, neighborhoods, parishes, and beyond!

In this manner, we also contribute to the long-awaited fulfillment of the coming of God’s kingdom upon the earth, as taught to us by the Lord, Himself:

"… Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done,
on earth as it is in Heaven…"
